Fraud Shield System

Block potential fraud attempts and automatically blacklist any fraudulent buyer automatically with our Fraud Shield system. As a Pro or Business user, you have access to our shared blacklist data: thousands of known fraudulent buyers have already been added to our shared blacklist and will automatically be blocked from purchasing anything on your shop. You will be able to manually delete your own blacklists created by our Fraud Shield, but you will not be able to see any shared blacklist from other sellers as those contain confidential information

Blacklist Fraud Attempts

Automatically blacklist fraud attempts: when a customer of yours open a dispute or is suspected as a potential fraud, his details are automatically blacklisted to avoid any future purchase in your shop. You will be able to manually delete blacklist entries and see every blacklist created by our system.

Security Settings

Welcome to the Fraud Shield Security Dashboard, here you can optimize the security of your Paylix Account, including blocking access outside of your country, enabling smart and automatic fraud detection features or force your managers to follow strict security rules.

Malicious Log In Detection

Detect unusual activities in your account, automatically require 2FA checks when a log in attempt does not meet our standards and receive notifications for such events. In addition, every session update such as new IPs will be thoughroly checked by our automated system and if anything out of the ordinary is found out, the session is immediately terminated and you're notified.

Require Managers 2FA

Force your managers to have their 2FA enabled. If they don't, when they try to switch shop and authenticate as yours, the request will be denied until they enable either the OTP or Email MFA.

Account Lockdown

Lockdown your business account, log ins that do not meet the parameter you have specified will be automatically blocked.
